IMPORTANT NEWS - Bulletin for potential new competitors
1. It is now even easier to come and try out the VTEC Challenge to see what the fuss is all about. For the first round only, BARC and Vtec Racing Club will waive the joining/registration fee. All that needs to be paid is the race entry. Any subsequent rounds will require full BARC membership although the VTEC Racing club will be offering one off “round” based fee structure.
2. New competitors are allowed to run ANY list 1B tyre (no slicks) for two rounds of the VTEC Challenge. If you wish to continue in the series after the second round then you must use the specified Yokohama A048 tyre. All competitors taking up the above will be required to run in the Tuner Class of the VTEC Challenge which is the most open class of the series. Please check the technical regulations for full details.
2012 Series Registration and BARC Membership
The annual costs of running in the series are broken down into two elements.
1. 2012 Series registration including free membership of the Vtec Racing Club which is the organising Club - £120
2. 2012 BARC membership - as the races are BARC events, all competitors need to be BARC members approx £130 (2011 price £120)
Please note: - To benefit from sponsor discounts you only need to register for the series. - To race, you will need to register for the Series AND have BARC membership.

BARC Payments
BARC membership can be purchased directly from BARC www.barc.net - membership payments will be taken from 1 Jan 2012
